Who we are
Founded in 1939, Walsh County Farmers Union has been a strong voice for farmers, families, and rural communities for more than eight decades. What began as neighbors coming together to advocate for fair markets and cooperative solutions has grown into an organization rooted in education, leadership, and community connection.
Today, Walsh County Farmers Union continues that legacy by supporting youth programs, leadership development, community care projects, and events that bring people together across generations. Guided by the values of cooperation, advocacy, and grassroots involvement, we work to strengthen rural life and ensure that local voices are heard.
Whether you’re a longtime member or new to Farmers Union, Walsh County Farmers Union is a place to learn, connect, and help shape the future of our community — together..
